The Junction, by Oakwood Communities, is a new Americana style architecture apartment site located in the new urban setting just off the US 101 and Oxnard Boulevard in Oxnard, CA. This 5-story apartment complex is wrapped around a parking structure for its residents and has four private, programmed courtyards. Custom designed fountains, grills, playgrounds and exercise areas, along with a multitude of trees and planting areas, adorn these courtyards making these areas a welcoming place for people to gather, dine, and play. Just outside the apartments, the ground floor has multiple retail and dining opportunities along with an outdoor plaza wrapped in accent landscape areas and filled with a custom fountain, stage, and multiple dining and gathering areas.
