Bloom at South Coast Metro comprises upscale residences situated in Irvine's central hub, just a stone's throw from South Coast Plaza. BMLA meticulously crafted the pool area with a spa, centrally located within the courtyard, complete with plush lounge seating and an exclusive VIP Lounge featuring a TV area. Outdoor leisure options were enhanced with the addition of two rooftop decks, boasting fire pits, ample seating, and recreational games. Extending from the fitness studio, a dedicated fitness lawn offers residents the opportunity for outdoor exercise sessions. Careful consideration was given to the selection of materials and finishes for the ground plane, delineating smaller group gathering spots within the expansive communal area. The exterior ambiance is further enriched by elegant metal shade structures, twinkling festoon lights, and lush potted shrubs and trees, completing the ensemble of outdoor amenities.
