Magnolia Medians
Client: City of Corona, CA
BMLA was enlisted by the City of Corona to design and renovate a 6,600 LF stretch of medians on Magnolia Avenue. BMLA conducted a GIS site investigation and collected existing utility, irrigation, and planting conditions. We developed GIS Schema and Geodatabase to record existing site data and notes. Using the GIS data, Ortho maps, and as-built plans provided by the City, BMLA prepared base plans in AutoCAD digital format. BMLA also provided design development and con docs for the project. Construction administration was provided at the close of the project. Drone footage was also recorded to document the improvements to the entire stretch of median.
