Montecito Apartments are an upscale complex near The Shops at Dos Lagos. The pool and clubhouse were strategically located to take advantage of the view of the two lakes towards the enhanced lighting of the shops. Montecito is a gated community with pedestrian gates throughout to provide convenient access to the trail and bridge to access the retail shops, grocery stores, and restaurants.
