Nestor Senior Village

Nestor Senior Village will be a unique and innovative housing community providing studio apartments for seniors who are experiencing or at-risk of experiencing homelessness in San Diego County. Approximately half of the apartments will be set aside for seniors who are in need of mental health services through the county of San Diego’s No Place Like Home Program. The residents will enjoy long-term community based housing with high quality support services. In addition to the outdoor recreation spaces the residents will have access to a large community space, including a community room, and private offices for case management.
