The Monterey Apartments are luxury apartments in the city of Corona developed and owned by Sares-Regis. BMLA created the amenity spaces to link the community together. The Monterey has decorative vehicular gates at the entry and includes two pool areas. The Oasis with a luxurious pool and spa with stylish cabanas and grilling stations and The Club includes a junior olympic lap pool with spa. BMLA designed in public gathering areas that incorporate outdoor movie theaters, group firepits, small group grilling stations, a grand lawn, citrus orchard and edible garden. Not to forget our furry friends, a dog park and pet spa is included.
